According to the study, at one point, the bottler used 4 liters of water to make 1 liter of Coke in their manufacturing process. In other words, they were calling the company out on it. Coca-Cola responded by completely re-engineering its manufacturing process, reducing the amount of water from 4 liters to 1ΒΌ liters.
