Automation Anywhere has been named a “Leader” for the fourth consecutive year in the July 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation. According to Gartner, “A Gartner Magic Quadrant is a culmination of research in a specific market, giving readers a wide-angle view of the relative positions of the market’s competitors.”

We believe our company builds products that anyone can use to make their work—and the world—better. We created Automation 360, the first cloud-native platform, helping companies break down front- and back-office silos and systems—SaaS and legacy—for seamless automation. As a customer example, Tech Mahindra, an information technology services and consulting company, leveraged our platform to create an end-to-end automation solution that decreases manual work by 95% and enhances processing by 2.5x, saving more than 21,000 hours annually.

Providing a digital assistant for all

Our AARI (Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface) is the digital assistant that can simplify automation, so anyone can automate their business processes. TaskUs™, an outsourcing company, implemented AARI with Automation 360 to be used in customers’ front offices. The solution has helped improve average handle time (AHT) by 105%, boost data accuracy to 100%, and increase ticket processing capacity 2X.

Accelerating discovery

Powered by artificial intelligence, our Process Discovery solution creates a detailed blueprint of processes across applications and departments to help prioritize and accelerate automation opportunities. Using Process Discovery, Hitachi Solutions, Ltd., a global IT solutions provider, is finding more ways to migrate business applications to the cloud and identify scalable process automation deployments—with a potential savings of US$1 million.
