PH catching up with India in global BPO market share

Competitive talent and language skills are helping the Philippines, Canada and Poland catch up with India in terms of global business process outsourcing (BPO) market share. According to a report published in financialexpress.com, the $13.3-billion Philippine outsourcing sector posted 15.6% growth in 2013; which is significantly bigger than the 8.9% growth posted by India’s $20-billion outsourcing industry.
