A Look Into How Perficient Colleagues Celebrated a Virtual Halloween

Margaret Helfrich Family

Continuing in-office traditions while working remote is an excellent way to reconnect colleagues and build upon your company culture. Although our holiday festivities are virtual for now, that doesn’t mean they are stopping. Over the past few weeks, Perficient employees participated in a variety of Halloween events ranging from sharing spooky stories, pumpkin painting, and yes – costume contests! Check out what some of our Perficient employees have been up to:

At our (now virtual) headquarters in Saint Louis, their Social and Culture Committee led an everyday horror stories event where colleagues could tell their own spooky stories.

We even had some Perficient family members joining in to share their stories!

Atlanta and Charlotte conducted their annual costume contest during their monthly All-Hands meeting. What better way to increase efficiency than by showing up to a meeting in your best costume?

Congratulations to Matt Hauer (bottom right) for taking the title of first place dressed as a hunter. Next, Joya Frisco (center) won second place as a witch. In third place, Richard Cashman (top right) closed out the competition dressed as Stitch.

Perficient’s Marketing Department

Our Corporate Marketing team also got creative with a costume contest. They received submissions from a variety of marketers including some special features from family members and even furry-friends.

Matthew Dickerman took the first place title dressed as Mac-and-Cheese. Kiki Williams’ family followed as The Little Mermaid bunch in second place. Lastly, Margaret Helfrich’s family dressed as the Toy Story crew took the third place title.

Dallas Colleagues

Erin Moloney led the Dallas team in their costume contest with many amazing submissions from their team.

In their virtual contest, David Gordon dressed as Rush Rockstar claimed the first place prize. Followed by Glenna Watkins in second place as a witch. In third place, Joseph Willet secured his spot dressed as a unicorn. Not only did the winners show off their cool costumes, they even had a Teams background to match!

Congratulations to all of our winners and everyone who participated in Perficient’s Halloween activities. Without our amazing colleagues, we would not have the award-winning culture that we do today.
