ASW Quarterly Message

Time flies! The first half of 2022 is done and dusted and we are now entering our third quarter of the year. We are very much on track as we maintain our momentum towards optimum growth for the business.

Finally, after two years (due to pandemic flight restrictions), our CEO Joe Fussell was able to visit the ASW Family in Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Meeting up with old and new members whilst sharing insights to drive the business forward has truly been a mutually rewarding experience. This has reinvigorated the teams to feel more engaged in their roles for our client partners and in their career development with the company.

Our internal staff is spearheading innovations to provide better services for our clients in terms of talent acquisition and account management. The newly formed Client Onboarding team will be focussed on guiding the hiring managers of our current and new clients as they begin to expand their operations in our locations. Our Account Management team has doubled in size to accommodate our growing clientele, ensuring valuable and seamless support for them. Plus, we have recently invested in market-leading recruitment technology that will yield more accurate results in finding high-quality talent.

Whilst we’re dedicated with our work, we are also ready to have fun! Our first-ever ASW Virtual Run has been a resounding success with a big turnout of participants from all 3 countries. We’d like to congratulate all the finishers, challenge winners, and the organisers for their active participation. Your efforts exemplify our Employee Value Proposition of #ASWBalanceandbenefits.

We are also looking forward to resuming our annual Company Trips for the entire ASW Family in their respective countries. We’ve added another day to the trip to give everyone more time to relax, unwind, and enjoy the epic party we have in store for all of you!
