Mardi Gras Begins:

Our office came alive with Mardi Gras spirit as we gathered for “The King of Taste” King Cake Tasting event. Mardi Gras, with its rich cultural roots and lively celebrations, inspired us to explore flavors and foster festive camaraderie.

Mardi Gras Origins:

Before we dive into the decadent world of King Cakes, let’s appreciate the origins of Mardi Gras. It stems from ancient pagan celebrations, later intertwining with Christian traditions. It represents revelry before the solemnity of Lent, evolving into vibrant celebrations, especially in New Orleans.
