Chazey Partners Leads a Webinar on Making Your Business Continuity Plan Real

Chazey Partners, a global management consulting firm specializing in Shared Services, Business Transformation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), recently teamed up with SSON to co-host a Business Continuity Planning Digital Summit on April 23, 2020.

Covid-19 has been described as a once in a generation event, but a proper, tested business continuity plan will improve an organization’s resiliency to any severe business disruption, regardless of any event’s scope and rarity.  Chazey’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) webinar reviewed lessons learned by private and public sector organizations as they take their BCPs off the shelf and react to the global pandemic in real-time.

Chazey’s client, Executive Director, Dan Russi of UCPath – the University of California’s transactional hub, has joined the webinar and shared how the UCPath Center have adapted their business continuity plan for the Covid-19 pandemic, including going live with a remote working approach that has proven very successful.

“The Covid-19 pandemic has required many businesses to blow the dust off their business continuity plans and has exposed them to the reality of needing to support ongoing operations while reacting to a crisis in real-time”, commented Phil Searle, CEO & Founder of Chazey Partners.
