Thank you for joining me, Senthilkumar. I’d love to learn more about your role as a senior solutions architect. Can you tell me how you are serving our healthcare clients?

Senthilkumar and his family

I am a senior solutions architect in the healthcare business unit. I lead delivery for a major payer. Also, I lead the maintaining, enhancing, and developing of solutions for EDI applications.

The customers expect us to design and develop EDI applications that meet their ever-changing business needs. These applications are the backbone of the payer’s day-to-day operations.

The applications we support and develop include enrollment, claims processing, claims payment, remittance, claims status inquiry, etc.

What do you enjoy most about working at Perficient?

I lead account development initiatives, lay the foundation for account growth, and work with engagement. I also lead a highly capable team that is 30 members strong. Perficient has a multi-shore team that is able to collaborate across borders.

One thing I love about Perficient is that the team I get to work with is highly motivated and self-driven.

As a result of this drive and motivation, we have been collaborating effectively for years.

What initially drew you to our global digital consultancy? What makes you stay and want to do your best work?

I have spent 20+ years in application development and enhancement with a range of verticals. I started my journey with Perficient from one of our India locations.
