Perficient is excited to announce our very own Ritu Madan, Lead Technical Consultant, as the newest Optimizely MVP. Ritu is one of ten individuals worldwide selected as part of Optimizely’s 2022 MVP fall class.
Each year, Optimizely awards a select group of individuals the honor of being an Optimizely MVP. OMVPs are nominated by individuals in the Optimizely community and are awarded to active mentors who lead the way in their
field. Candidate selection is based on project involvement, engagement in the Optimizely community, and various other factors.
The MVP program grants honorees exclusive status with Optimizely and their partners, early access to new product features, and an audience with Optimizely leadership.
Episerver (now Optimizely) began this exclusive program back in 2007 as a “thank you” to their most active members. Now celebrating its 15th anniversary, the program has experienced tremendous growth and now includes 40 organizations, 88 OMVPs, and 15 countries.

Ritu joined Perficient in February 2022 and has been working with the Optimizely platform for five years. She now joins an elite circle of Perficient OMVPs including Alex Harris and Daved Artemik.
Working with both Content Cloud and B2C Commerce Cloud, Ritu also has extensive experience working with Optimizely Search and Navigation, Optimizely Personalization, and Optimizely Community.
“I’m very honored to be recognized as an OMVP considering I’ve only worked with the platform for a fairly short period of time and this is such a niche group worldwide,” Ritu said. “It has been a very interactive experience working with Optimizely so far and there are so many new learnings along the way that keep this interesting. I look forward to more opportunities to work with the rest of the Optimizely suite of products in the future.”
Ritu also added, “I’d also like to thank my team here at Perficient for giving me the right opportunities and motivation to be more involved in the Opti community.”
